Linda Moyna has a master’s degree in health education, and importantly has worked in the mining industry for more than 20 years as an operator and educator. She has decades of experience as an educator for the mining, construction and manufacturing industries. Because of this relevant experience, Linda was well positioned to develop the MSHA Training Tracker software system.
Moyna is a OSHA “10” and “30” hour instructor for the general and construction industry. In addition, she is a certified Part 46 and Part 48 a&b instructor.
In 2014, Linda realized there was a simpler, way to complete the overwhelming and tedious MSHA compliance paperwork. She worked to develop a program which automated and streamlined the required MSHA training documentation.
Moyna created a tool which remarkably improves documentation accessibility, facilitates staying up to date with training and builds in needed efficiency for MSHA inspections.
